Return Policy
It is our desire that you be satisfied with each and every
purchase you make from Effective Parenting. Because we inspect and
pack all of our orders with care, we think you'll be extremely
satisfied with your purchases. However, there are times when items
are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. If this is the case
for you, we'll gladly replace them. If you need assistance, feel

receive a prompt reply.

Shipping Policy
We ship orders as soon as orders are received and use media mail
that takes a little longer than priority mail. If you would like
priority shipping please call 1-800-771-8334 to place your order.
If you're ordering from Alaska or Hawaii, please call our office for current
postal rates.
Sales Tax
Orders from residents of NJ are charged 6% sales tax on the order amount excluding shipping.
Special Orders
If you're ordering from a church, ask us about our church
discount and if you're ordering for resale, we have competitive
wholesale rates for resellers.
